On October 26, 2017 at Soy Cafe and Diner, Maranding, Lanao del Norte, officers and members of the Council of Human Resource Management Practitioners-Iligan and Lanao del Norte Chapter (CHRMPs) formerly Council of Personnel Officers (CPO) with the guidance of the Civil Service Commission Field Office Iligan and Lanao del Norte Chapter (CSCFO) led by Director Alona B. Carumba convened to discuss updates on Civil Service rules and regulations that may apply to each if not all of the government agencies under the jurisdiction of the CSCFO.
Topics discussed include the following:
I. CSC REPORTS TO BE SUBMITTED, UPDATES AND
ISSUANCES
1. Submission of the
implementation and conduct-compliance monitoring
report on drug testing;
2. CSC Inventory of Government Human Resource Information System (IGHRIS) must be regularly updated;
3. Compliance to CSC MC NO. 27, s. 2017 (in
preparation to the elimination of job order); and
4. Announcement of the release of CSC MC NOs 30 to 32, s. 2017
II. EPRIME-HRM > Submission of
Agency Action Plan
on EPRIME-HRM
III. APPOINTMENT > Publication shall now be
forwarded to CSC CO.
IV. ARTA
1. Submission of Report
with regards to compliance of CSC MC NO. 12, s. 2015.
2. Conduct of validation of Citizen's
Charter from October 16-December 16 (CSC MC NO. 28, s. 2017).
V. ORGANIZATION MATTER > Officers and members of
the organization were reminded of
their monthly dues.
