Pursuant to Civil Service Commission Memorandum Circular No. 6, s. 2016, government agencies are enjoined among others to include in their Flag ceremony the singing of the Asean Anthem in the first flag ceremony of the month.
In view of the foregoing, attached to this post is the Asean Anthem Video for the use not only of all members of the Council of Human Resource Management Practitioners-Iligan City/Lanao del Norte Chapter but also all others who may find this video useful.
